He has also been involved in clinical training and professional development in various national & international organizations. He has also been a senior clinical advisor and consultant to various multinational pharmaceutical and healthcare IT companies.
He completed his MBBS from Chaudhary Char. Singh University, Meerut and his post-graduation in family medicine from the prestigious Royal College of General Practitioners, UK. He also obtained a post graduate diploma in Diabetes from the prestigious Cardiff University, UK and his postgraduate fellowship and advance certifications in Diabetes management and care from the Royal Academy of Liverpool, UK, Cleveland Clinic and Joslin Diabetes Center, Harvard Medical School, USA.
He has also been an active member of the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists, American College of Physicians, Research Society of Diabetes in India and Fellow at Royal Society of Medicine, UK. He is an internationally active medical professional and has also been part of the examining team for the Royal Colleges Examination International. He has also been a principal investigator in various studies and trials on Diabetes management in India. His areas of special interest include Type 2 Diabetes Management, Gestational Diabetes, Metabolic Syndromes and Thyroid disorders.
